Corus raises price for steel long products
Following their announcement on steel strip prices , Corus have announced a price increase of up to 10 % on long products for the second quarter. More specific details will be announced later.
I assume that Tata have to pay for the purchase somehow.

Corus increases steel strip prices
Corus has raised its Hot/Cold-rolled and Coated Prices in the EU ranging from 5 to 7 per cent for the second quarter 2007 deliveries. The decision to increase the prices is a reflection of favourable market conditions.The Anglo-Dutch steel company was last month acquired by India’s Tata Steel.
