Traditionally printed publications were relied upon to
provide specialist news and articles on the Steel Industry, with
publications like Metal Bulletin as market leaders. Increasingly
organisations like MEPS and Steel on the net have moved to the
forefront as sources of industry news and information. Furthermore
Newsfeeds and Weblogs can be very informative and the role of the
"printed" publication is diminishing. A number of the sites listed
here are primarily subscription only sites, so I have put them in to a
separate section at the end of the listing, as very little information
can be found on their sites, other than how to subscribe.
