Eurofer      Eurofer is the European Confederation of Iron and Steel Industries; founded in 1976, its offices are located in Brussels.
American Iron and Steel Institute An organisation enhance the competitiveness of the North American steel industry and its member companies.

World Steel Organisation A  site with links to steel manufacturers, publications and organisations. Also provides some statistics relating to worldwide steel production. It was a very comprehensive site but content seems lacking now.

Canadian Steel Producers Association

The Canadian Steel Producers Association (CSPA) is the national voice for Canada's $11 billion steel-sales industry

Steel Matter A site provided hosted by the University of Liverpool with support from Birmingham University and Corus, providing educational Resource material

ISSB Iron and Steel Statistics Bureau. Provides Global statistical information. Little on site info. Mainly details publications for sale. Provides a guide to tariff codes.

AIST The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) was established on January 1, 2004, with a goal of advancing the technical development, production, processing and application of iron and steel. The best practices of both predecessor organizations were incorporated into AIST, and we now have a strong, international, member-based technical organization that can sustain itself in an environment of continual change.
